HMCS Athabaskan

DescriptionOn 29 April 1944 the Royal Canadian Navy destroyer HMCS Athabaskan was torpedoed and sunk in the English Channel. Of the crew aboard 128 men were killed, 83 taken prisoner and 44 rescued.
